TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Booth Builders Hub (“Booth Builders Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using www.boothbuildershub.com (the “Site”), you (“user”, “exhibitor”, “supplier”, or “booth builder”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

Booth Builders Hub operates as a matching and coordination platform that connects exhibitors with verified booth builders and related service providers within the United States and Canada. Booth Builders Hub is not a design, construction, or logistics provider. Our role includes facilitating introductions between exhibitors and suppliers, managing communication and timelines, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring progress throughout each stage of the project.

2. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EXHIBITOR AND SUPPLIER

Any commercial agreement, purchase order, payment arrangement, timeline, or final deliverable between an exhibitor and a booth builder is independent of Booth Builders Hub.

Booth Builders Hub is not liable for:

  • Price changes or scope adjustments made by suppliers
  • Delays caused by exhibitors, suppliers, or event organizers
  • Construction issues, technical problems, or on-site restrictions
  • Damages, losses, or disputes arising from the relationship between exhibitor and supplier

Booth Builders Hub may intervene as a mediator to support communication but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNTS

Users agree to provide accurate and updated information. Booth Builders Hub reserves the right to verify the information provided, reject or remove user profiles that do not meet quality standards, and suspend accounts that operate those Terms. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Attempt to bypass Booth Builders Hub’s matching system or fee structure
  • Contact suppliers listed on Booth Builders Hub to avoid platform fees
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Site

Booth Builders Hub may pursue legal action or suspend accounts in the event of misuse.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Booth Builders Hub may charge lead fees, platform fees, service management fees, or commission-based fees. All applicable fees will be communicated in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. All payments must be made using methods authorized by Booth Builders Hub.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including branding, text, graphics, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Booth Builders Hub. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without prior written consent from Booth Builders Hub.

7. USE OF VISUAL MATERIALS

By using Booth Builders Hub, both exhibitors and booth builders grant Booth Builders Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, display, and distribute any visual material submitted or produced through the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Photographs of completed booths
  • Before/after images
  • Renders and booth designs
  • Construction, installation, or event footage
  • Visual materials provided during quotation or proposal stages

These materials may be used by Booth Builders Hub for:

  • Website galleries and portfolios
  • Social media content
  • Paid advertising
  • Case studies and presentations
  • Digital and printed marketing materials

Booth Builders Hub will not disclose confidential project information beyond the visual content itself.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booth Builders Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or for losses resulting from delays, design changes, force majeure events, supplier performance, or actions of third parties. Users engage with the platform at their own risk.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Booth Builders Hub may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and become effective immediately upon publication.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.
